I am the Director of New Product Launch at Nexceris. I have been developing advanced materials for energy applications for over twenty years, and I find it an ever-challenging and growing field of work. My role in the Nexceris team is to help our scientists and engineers to generate new product ideas, move them through our Stage-Gate processes, and bring them to customers world-wide. I enjoy working with customers and end-users to help create products that improve energy production and make things better for the environment. I am also technically active in our programs, working specifically on materials and processes for coatings, which have led to our ChromLokTM, AlumiLokTM, HeatPathTM, ReformanceTM and SupIRcatTM technologies. Outside work, I am the proud dad of Annelise (10) and Spencer (6), who keep me sharp and help me maintain a fresh perspective on innovation. I also make time to volunteer as an advocate for early-childhood education and STEM education.
