Nexceris is pleased to launch the newly updated fuelcellmaterials.com website today to celebrate National Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Day.
For more than 20 years, fuelcellmaterials has been the go-to-source for materials, components and test equipment for solid oxide fuel cell researchers and companies commercializing SOFC technologies. Over those two decades, we have grown and matured along with the SOFC industry as well as branched off into complementary areas including solid oxide electrolysis.
Fuelcellmaterials Expands Service and Solutions Offerings
With the launch of the new site, our aim is to keep the site relevant for our current and future SOFC customers as well as adding exciting content in new areas including solid oxide electrolyzer cells (SOEC), catalyst development, washcoating services and our LEVER joint development process, a proven collaboration method that utilizes the customer’s technology and Nexceris’ expertise. We will be adding new products to our line of SOEC materials and components in the near future.
In addition, we have begun work in adjacent electrochemical technologies fields including the development of new materials and solutions for advanced lithium-ion and solid-state batteries. To support this fast-growing industry, a new line of solid-state battery materials will also soon be released.
Please check in regularly as we will continue to add relevant content in the future including case studies, white papers, videos, blog posts, etc. If you have used fuelcellmaterials products in your work and want your research highlighted on our site, please reach out to us using the form below.
We look forward to hearing your input on the new site and discussing any possible collaborations we can do together in these fields.
Materials were tested to understand major degradation mechanisms to allow for better understanding of long-term durability for large-scale materials. The goal of the project was to develop new material compositions with minimal or no degradation, that would yield sufficient fuel cell performance and durability to be licensed and sold to a large industrial partner/manufacturer.
