Please be advised that starting Tuesday, March 24th, Nexceris will pause on-site operations, manufacturing, and shipping to comply with Ohio Governor Mike DeWine’s order to stay at home (Ohio Departement of Health Press Release) for all non-essential businesses. Governor DeWine’s stay at home order will be in place from Monday, March 23rd at 11:59 PM until April 6th, unless the order is rescinded or further modified.
Much of Nexceris’ staff will continue business operations from home during this “Stay at Home” order. During this time, we encourage you to reach out to your contacts here to keep moving activities forward. Your Nexceris contact will likely reach out to you shortly about how we can continue working together during these challenging times.
Unfortunately, orders will not be shipped during this time, and lead times may be extended following our reopening. However, we are still accepting new orders into our system as well as offering quotations for our products and services. Our sales and engineering teams will be working from home so we can respond to customer requests, conduct meetings, provide customer support, and continue planning and design work on projects. We will also coordinate with our partners to ensure that once this order is lifted, actions are taken quickly to restart operations.
We understand that this closure may cause delays for you and your organization, and we appreciate your understanding of the situation. We are taking these measures at the direction of our local government to maintain the safety of our team and the community. For all open orders, a Nexceris representative will communicate with you shortly to explain possible solutions. We will provide as much transparency and clarity as we can in a time of uncertainty.
There are many unknowns that we face each day, as this pandemic is constantly evolving. However, we have an amazing team and the best customers in the world. The Ohio “Stay at Home” order has been extended to Friday, May 1st as of this time. We are operating with limited capacity during this time and shipments may have longer lead times than usual.
