Description
The Button Cell Test Accessory Kit helps to provide the parts that you need to support your button cell testing. Each kit comes with enough supplies to run 5 tests immediately for baseline testing, and includes extra blank YSZ substrates and inks so that you can make your own cells. These kits can be purchased by themselves, with a furnace or with a ProboStat Button Cell Test Fixture. Kit Includes
- 25 YSZ Substrates to make your own cells
- 5 Full ESC NextCells for baseline testing and practice
- 5 NextCells for baseline testing and practice
- 100 grams LSM20 cathode Ink
- 50 grams NiYSZ anode ink
- 1 container of Ceramabond to help seal tubes
- 1 Silver cathode current collector mesh, can be cut to size
- 1 Nickel anode current collector mesh, can be cut to size
- 10g Silver Ink
- 1 meter of Platinum current collection wire
Planar Cell Testing Tips |

Make sure the voltage wires are insulated and won’t short during testing. Check to make sure all gas connections are made and are tight. When performing long-term testing, include an anode humidity condenser with adequate water levels throughout test. Ensure current tabs are securely connected. |
